• Install, configure, and integrate LiveNX and Live Wire in various environments (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud)
• Lead design workshops, deployments, and knowledge transfer sessions for customers
• Diagnose and resolve complex deployment, configuration, and performance issues
• Design and maintain dashboards for network health and performance insights
• Train and mentor operations staff, developing runbooks and documentation

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in multi-vendor networking environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Advanced networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and executive stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with Live Action tools (LiveNX, Live Wire)
• Familiarity with industry-standard network packet brokers (Keysight/Ixia, APCON, Gigamon, cPacket)
