• Develop a deep knowledge of the employer's products, solutions, and value propositions
• Create solution proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
• Gather customer business needs to tailor the right solutions using the employer's products
• Combat competitive threats and educate customers on the employer's key values and benefits
• Facilitate smooth transitions from sales to delivery by orienting appropriate teams to the solution design

• BSc or similar technical degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or Information Services
• 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role
• Sales experience
• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies (HTML, CSS) and common server‑side environments (e.g., PHP, .NET, Java)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Passion for open source technologies and problem‑solving
• Ability to learn new technologies and effectively communicate those concepts to others
• Experience working on large complex projects as part of a team
• A keen interest in learning about Drupal and relevant DXP application architecture
