Responsibilities- Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, and other program initiatives to drive technical success
- Work with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
- Support implementation teams through complex technical solutions involving Appian and related technologies
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including scoping efforts, responding to proposals, and preparing statements of work
- Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal use
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Appian solutions
- Minimum 5 years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
- Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, C++/C#, Perl, or Python
- Familiarity with data management and data visualization/BI tools
- Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops practices
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies
