• Manage and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for enterprise environments
• Provide support for Windows PCs and servers within a large enterprise setting
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MECM deployment and administration
• Conduct training and provide guidance to team members on best practices for MECM usage

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Enterprise MECM
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification in MECM/SCCM administration and deployment
• Proven expertise in supporting Windows PCs and servers in large enterprise environments
• Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Experience working in a diverse and collaborative workplace
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and network operations
• Knowledge of cloud services and application development
