Senior Product Manager - Digital Commerce Platform

• Define the vision for consumer-facing e-commerce technology and enhance shopping experiences across all ordering channels
• Transform the core web product into a highly flexible platform for B2B clients to customize their digital storefronts
• Optimize the kiosk shopping experience for in-store ordering, driving efficiency and revenue
• Own the strategy and roadmap for the customer-facing Branded Mobile App, focusing on user retention and performance
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all digital channels

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management with a focus on multi-channel digital products
• Significant experience in B2B software development and understanding of configuration and user roles
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including SEO and web hosting infrastructure
• Expertise in user experience (UX) principles and collaboration with visual design teams
• Demonstrated experience in guiding Quality Assurance (QA) practices and managing testing cycles

• Experience delivering and managing products across web (desktop/mobile) and native mobile (iOS/Android) environments
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to manage dependencies between product, engineering, and design teams
