• Apply NLP, GenAI, and other AI/ML techniques to develop scalable model systems and solutions for healthcare
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product leaders, data scientists, and healthcare professionals, to enhance user experiences
• Design and evaluate solutions involving structured and unstructured data for various healthcare use cases
• Conduct research and experimentation to select algorithms and frameworks, delivering innovative model systems
• Mentor team members on advanced AI, NLP, and machine learning methods to foster organizational growth

• PhD or comparable level of experience in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
• 4‑10+ years of industry experience in building solutions for commercial SaaS, with at least 4 years in NLP, Search, or AI/ML technologies for healthcare
• Expert‑level experience in Natural Language Processing, including fine‑tuning LLMs and other Transformer models
• Significant experience in deploying AI/machine learning and NLP models for large‑scale SaaS products
• Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience in data engineering for ML and NLP applications

• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark)
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure for deploying machine learning models (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of modern UI frameworks for building prototype or tool front ends
• Strong problem‑solving and optimization skills
• Experience working with large datasets and data wrangling techniques
