What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Implement and enhance the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, including controls and monitoring
  • Lead internal IT, Cybersecurity, and third-party information security risk management activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risks to critical infrastructure and define potential business impactsli>
  • Maintain and improve security policies and enforce IT security standards
  • Drive training and awareness initiatives related to cyber hygiene and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in GRC implementation, processes, and practices
  • Experience with GRC tools and developing successful risk management programs
  • Proven experience in third-party risk management and conducting risk assessments
  • Extensive knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOX, US DoJ Data Rule, GxP, NIST, and ISO
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Strong leadership skills with accountability and ownership of responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills with various business functions and stakeholders
  • Experience in leading regulatory compliance efforts for SOX and US DoJ Data Rule
  • Knowledge of cloud security and compliance, encryption, and intrusion detection
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or CISA
