• Explore and analyze pharmaceutical data and integrate it from multiple sources to create a unified view of stakeholder interactions
• Implement advanced analytics models and predictive algorithms to generate actionable insights
• Design and deploy recommendation systems to tailor communications based on stakeholder preferences
• Analyze omnichannel campaign performance to optimize engagement strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate omnichannel strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in data sciences or computer science
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields
• Proficiency in scripting and implementing data analytics algorithms and models
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring

• Experience with machine learning/AI tools in the life sciences sector
• Hands‑on experience using modeling software such as Python, Matlab, or R
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the U.S.
• Agile skills and experience in leading cross‑functional teams
• Proven track record of implementing machine learning projects from initiation to completion
