• Maintain software and DB2 environments in compliance with STIG and/or SRG standards.
• Provide technical services and support for database software on DISA mainframe systems.
• Install, customize, upgrade, and maintain DB2 Software on z/OS mainframe platforms.
• Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Utilize SMP/E for software installation and maintenance on the IBM Mainframe platform.

• IAT Level 1 certification required, with options including A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP.
• Clearance required:
  
  Secret.
• Proven experience in maintaining software and database environments.
• Strong understanding of database migrations and application upgrades.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and manage technical documentation.

• Experience with IBM Mainframe platforms and z/OS environments.
• Familiarity with security software patching and compliance requirements.
• Previous experience in a federal, state, or tribal government IT setting.
• Knowledge of database management best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
