Position: Software Sales Executive- West (Missouri and Kansas)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive sales of IT management solutions through strategic initiatives and targeted marketing
  • Identify, develop, and close business opportunities by following a structured sales process
  • Develop and implement targeted account plans in collaboration with account and regional managers
  • Coordinate effectively with pre-sales, contracts, and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct 15–20 customer meetings per week to maintain engagement and build strong client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of successful experience selling complex software solutions or IT-related products
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Experience with Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management product lines is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within the IT management space
  • Familiarity with current trends in data governance and AI technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and targets
