- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities by following a structured sales process
- Develop and implement targeted account plans in collaboration with account and regional managers
- Coordinate effectively with pre-sales, contracts, and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct 15–20 customer meetings per week to maintain engagement and build strong client relationships
- 5+ years of successful experience selling complex software solutions or IT-related products
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience with Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management product lines is preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within the IT management space
- Familiarity with current trends in data governance and AI technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and targets
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape in IT management solutions
