Lead Technical Product Specialist

• Serve as an expert for complex technical issues escalated from the L1 support team
• Collaborate across departments including Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management
• Document resolutions in CRM and mentor junior product support specialists
• Support customer resources in First Article Testing (FAT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Lead the creation of standard operating procedures for technical elements of the system

• 5 - 7 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases is a plus

• Utility operations experience
• Background in software quality testing
• Experience with wireless technologies
• Familiarity with Unix, Networking, and Scripting
• Ability to perform Web service/Rest API testing using SOAP UI
