• Manage the full project lifecycle from the Explore phase to go-live, identifying business requirements and documenting pain points
• Conduct Fit/GAP workshops and write functional specifications documents while collaborating with developers
• Provide training for key users to ensure effective implementation of solutions
• Design and develop unit tests to validate that solutions meet business requirements
• Create Core models in SAP alongside other team modules and provide post go-live support

• Business fluent in Polish and fluent in English
• Experience with SAP FI CO, including expert knowledge of FICO Org Structures
• Minimum of 3 full cycle S/4
  
  HANA implementations
• Incident, Change, and Problem Management experience in a business/SAP FICO context
• Month-end and Year-end Close experience

• Strong analytical skills in business/SAP FICO functionalities
• Familiarity with GL, AR, AP, COPA, and FA (Fixed Assets) configurations in S/4
