• Lead the integration and innovation of AI-driven platforms, utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for data synthesis
• Develop AI-driven decision-support tools to enhance commercial strategy and improve medical engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify AI-driven opportunities and implement solutions effectively
• Evaluate and refine AI models to improve accuracy and business impact in decision-making processes
• Present insights and AI-driven recommendations to senior leadership for strategic alignment

• Master's or PhD in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• PhD with 8+ years or Master's with 10+ years of experience in AI-driven analytics or data science applications
• 8+ years of consulting or commercial pharmaceutical industry experience
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and vector databases for insight generation
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Deep understanding of agentic AI approaches and developing autonomous AI agents
• Expertise in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning for enhancing AI-based insights
• Experience leading AI/analytics initiatives that drive measurable business impact
• Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting AI-driven insights
