ABOUT THE TEAMThe Bestow Revenue team is on a mission to transform the Life Insurance industry by providing insurance carriers with the technology platform to innovate and improve their products and distribution. Our end-to-end Enterprise SaaS platform allows carriers to stand up fully customized life insurance products rapidly, offer their customers and advisors a cutting-edge experience, and grow their business through continuous testing and iteration.

This role reports to Bestow’s VP of Partner Success and Strategic Partnerships and is open to remote candidates.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the life insurance industry, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. As a Solutions Engineer at Bestow, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our software products and the unique needs of our life insurance carrier customers, accelerating our discovery process, and enabling our sales and product teams.
The location is remote; however, we have office locations for use in Dallas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Needs and Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through meetings, interviews, and workshops with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with our Product Managers to document and translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Client Engagement:
- Liaise between clients, sales, and success teams, and product and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and timelines for discovery.
- Collaborate with the revenue team to understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical insights and recommendations to address their challenges.
- As needed, provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our software solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Support the discovery process with internal teams, ensuring that the right stakeholders are brought in to complete requirements-gathering
- Prepare detailed documentation throughout the sales and discovery process to accelerate Bestow delivery teams.’
