- Analyze, research, and design solutions for the Manufacturing Systems domain to meet business needs
- Sustain design standards and evaluate requests for modifications in collaboration with Solutions Analysts
- Work with external vendors to optimize the technical landscape and adapt to external changes
- Document design processes and establish comprehensive testing procedures
- Assist users in testing and adoption of process improvements while providing Tier 3 support for system issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations in a multinational company
- Direct configuration experience with G/L, AR, and AP
- Experience with the full ERP implementation cycle from needs analysis to stabilization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with machine builder/OEM business processes
- Familiarity with robotic process automation projects
- Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
365 applications, including Power BI - Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
