• Engage in the whole lifecycle of services, from inception to refinement
• Support services before they go live, including system design consulting and capacity planning
• Measure and monitor availability, latency, and overall system health
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and push for changes that improve reliability and velocity
• Practice sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Go and Python programming languages
• Experience operating a cloud-based SaaS
• Expertise in designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, and K8s
• Strong debugging, optimization, and automation skills
• Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems

• Previous experience in a networking technology role
• Familiarity with other programming languages and tools commonly used in the industry
