• Provide steady‑state operational support for middleware platforms and related infrastructure
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (1 week per month as part of a 4‑person team)
• Perform and support application deployments across various environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Participate in release turnovers and coordinated implementation activities

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in middleware or systems administration roles
• Proficient in Linux operating systems
• Hands‑on experience with Web Logic, Web Sphere, Tomcat, Spring Boot, and IBM HTTP Server
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for mission‑critical production environments
• Ability to support and collaborate within a team‑oriented environment

• Experience with additional middleware technologies
• Familiarity with cloud‑based solutions and architectures
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages
• Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams
