• 4-7 years of experience in UX research or related field
• Strong knowledge of user‑centered design processes and design thinking strategies
• Proficiency in quantitative data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and A/B testing software
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Background in Graphic/Interaction Design with familiarity in UX Design tools like Sketch and Figma
• Experience working with multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and wireflows
