- Manage an Operations Manager and a team of analysts, overseeing performance and workload allocation
- Train and support analysts in SQL query development, ensuring high-quality and compliant data extraction
- Design and implement data warehouse solutions, including views and stored procedures for large datasets
- Facilitate project completion through effective communication and collaboration with research and IT teams
- Establish governance processes for data disclosure requests and manage user relationships for the Clinical Data Warehouse
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Applied Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries within data warehouse environments, including clinical healthcare data
- Experience leading initiatives to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise-wide data warehouses and clinical data regulations
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in clinical research
- Experience supervising staff or project teams
