• Significant experience using Salesforce, particularly in a leadership role
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin/App Builder preferred)
• Proven success in enterprise-scale implementations
• Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level

• Experience in managing CRM systems within a global organization
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and billing systems
• Background in change management and governance processes
