Senior Information Security Risk Specialist; GRC

• Support the planning and execution of IT risk-based security audits and projects, including risk assessments and stakeholder communication
• Evaluate global standards and compliance frameworks to analyze existing controls and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with process and control owners throughout the audit lifecycle for documentation updates and remediation of deficiencies
• Proactively manage audit findings, tracking status updates, and executing remediation activities
• Participate in internal security and compliance programs and assist with customer security reviews and inquiries

• 5+ years of experience in information security, risk, or compliance
• Experience with security controls across various domains such as Access Management, Risk Management, and Network Security
• Ability to perform internal audits with minimal supervision and exhibit professional audit judgment
• Strong risk management experience, including assessments, audits, and control frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with all levels of the organization

• Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and best practices like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
• Ability to pragmatically define scope and relevant controls
• A strong desire to continuously develop technical skills
