• Produce clear and accurate user and developer documentation that meets company-defined quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to document new features
• Draft and develop documentation, including developer integration guides and API reference material
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to improve documentation

• Minimum of 3 years of industry‑equivalent experience in software or engineering
• A writing portfolio demonstrating the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Demonstrated knowledge of writing OpenAPI specifications and documentation for various audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field

• Experience leading content initiatives and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages, Markdown, and Git
• Strong skills in information gathering and information architecture
