• Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train the sales qualification process
• Hire and train high-performing salespeople in alignment with company values
• Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and conduct performance reviews
• Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership regularly
• Coach and develop direct reports to ensure high employee engagement and performance

• Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry
• Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience; management consulting experience is a plus
• Experience overseeing a team of at least 4 people
• Technical proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce and other related tools
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Leadership philosophy emphasizing team development, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives
• Experience with sales software such as Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Sales Loft
