Junior Operations Manager Transportation Duties:

• Start Here:
  Gain practical experience in business management and entrepreneurship as QC invests in your career growth.
• Grow Here:
  Assist the Director of Operations to expand QCs client network across the greater Portland area by managing existing client relationships and winning new projects.
• Get Hands-On:
  Execute data collection projects of all sizes; roll up your sleeves to install equipment like video detection cameras and pneumatic tubes, or help with surveys and data collection in the field.
• Make an Impact:
  See the results of your hard work in real-time as you help engineers and planners in the public and private sectors improve local roadways and communities.

Junior Operations Manager-Transportation - Requirements:

• Eager to learn how to run a small business operation, grow your business management career
• A hands-on problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working both indoors and outrain or shine
• Strong with the details and can use power tools
• A fast learner who values feedback and collaboration
• Technically capable and confident in the field
• Willing to travel nationally and attend local conferences as needed
• Holds a Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management) or has 3-5 years of relevant management/business experience
• Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record*

Operations Manager-Transportation - Salary:$60,000 + performance bonus eligibility
