Final Assembly Electrical Foreman – Sherwood, Oregon
Location: Sherwood, Oregon
Compensation: $28-$35/hr DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

What You’ll DoAs the Final Assembly Electrical Foreman
, you will oversee a team of 4–6 technicians responsible for the final electrical assembly of large industrial machinery. You’ll coordinate workflow, ensure electrical components and wire harnesses are properly installed, and verify that all systems are operational and meet engineering specifications.
- Lead and train assembly technicians in wiring, electrical systems, and harness installation.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Inspect electrical assemblies for quality and functionality before final sign‑off.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve design or assembly issues.
- Ensure machinery is fully assembled, tested, and ready for customer delivery.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while enforcing company standards.

- 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or industrial equipment wiring
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team in a manufacturing or assembly setting
- Strong understanding of wire harnesses, schematics, and electrical components, or Industrial Control Panels
- Ability to troubleshoot and verify electrical systems for heavy machinery
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production goals
