Oregon Mining & Ag Fabrication is a new shop in the Pacific Northwest entering into the fabrication industry. Specializing in design-build projects, build-from-print manufacturing, and expert repair work, we're positioning ourselves to become the region's premier fabrication shop. We're seeking seasoned fabricators and welders to join our team and contribute to our vision of excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, a passion for craftsmanship, and a drive to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Experience with exotic alloy fabrication is a plus, as is the ability to adapt to a diverse range of projects and challenges

• The successful candidate will possess a minimum of at least 3-5 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry.
• You should be adept at reading and working from prints, capable of working autonomously, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in your work.
• Your technical skills should include proficiency in all-position welding, including multi-pass heavy welding.
• You should be competent in fitting, understanding the correct order of operations, and comfortable with using torches and air arcs. We value creativity in fit-ups and the ability to tackle unorthodox work.

You should be open to constructive feedback and committed to punctuality and regular attendance. A dedication to safety and proper equipment care is essential.

• Working Hours:
  
  Mondays-Fridays from 7:00am-3:00PM
• Compensation is dependent on experience

• Must have reliable transportation
• Submit to background /drug screenings and pre-employment screenings
