Overview

Treske Precision Machining, Inc. is a precision machine shop. We serve:
Space & Defense, Aerospace, Electronics and Commercial Customers. We are Technology Driven including Robotic Machine Loading and Inspection. Our Cloud-Based On-The-Clock Training is for all employees. Our own in-house software developers continually improve the flow of information we need to do our daily jobs

Shift

Weekday Swing, 4-10's or 5-8's. Other weekday off-shifts may be available.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC lathes and Swiss type machines
  • Set-up and 1st part prove-out
  • Reviews and understand blue prints, Customer specifications and GD&T
  • Perform quality inspection of parts
  • Perform G and M code editing
  • Troubleshooting complex jobs
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Okuma, Mori NL and Tsugami experience
  • Program lathes (live tooling and Swiss) with Esprit (a plus)
  • Have setup and production experience in close tolerance machined components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot – Assess and apply appropriate machining solutions to both new and current manufacturing processes a plus.
  • Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent work ethic and dependability
  • Able to work overtime as required
  • Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Have the ability and willingness to adapt to ever changing production environment.
Education and/or Job Experience
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Job Conditions/Physical Requirements
  • Work performed in factory settings.
  • Exposure to manufacturing environment such as noise, dust and the outdoors.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, negotiate a flight of stairs and move about facilities.
  • Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
