Position: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Hubbard, Oregon

Compensation: $24–$28/hr DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join a precision‑focused manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll ensure that fabricated products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across departments.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and manufacturing drawings
• Inspecting, testing, and measuring materials and finished products
• Utilizing precision measuring tools and CMM equipment
• Performing quality audits and documenting inspection results
  
  Assisting with calibration of test equipment and instrumentation
• Supporting and maintaining ISO quality processes and documentation
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
• Inspecting and approving products routed to shipping to ensure standards are met

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Familiarity with CMMs and precision measuring instruments
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
