  Enjoy a 4-day workweek! Work Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime to boost your earnings.

• Bring blueprints to life by operating CNC lathe machinery with precision.
• Load and unload materials to craft top‑notch parts.
• Ensure quality control using precision measurement tools.
• Perform machine maintenance and operate forklifts, cranes, and other machinery.
• Meet manufacturing goals and contribute to our reputation for excellence.

• Must be 18 years or older and proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience in lathe programming is required, and Mazak programming experience is a plus!
• Skilled in using tape measures, pressure gauges, and precision tools.
• A self‑starter who can prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to pass pre‑employment drug screening and performance tests.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Be part of a bustling production shop with daily exposure to machine noise.
• Sit or stand for 8‑10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
