Material Handler – Parts Distribution

Shift Options: 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday or 5am-3:30pm Monday – Thursday. Overtime may be required.

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

• Package parts and material for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents utilizing various software.
• Communicate with sales & suppliers regarding order status.
• Monitor orders in the process until fulfilled.
• Manage time to track and accurately fulfill multiple orders effectively and simultaneously.
• Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals on time.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
• May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
• Previous experience in packaging & shipping preferred.
• Working knowledge of personal computer including basic user interface, basic file structure, spreadsheets, and database.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
• Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

• PC Computer.
• Chemical foam Machine.
• Pneumatic power tools & hand tools.

• Able to sit or stand for 10 hours at a time.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, reach, pull, push repetitively.
• Strength and manual dexterity in hands. Able to repetitively grasp, hold and maneuver tools and other items.
