Loading Craftsman – Monrovia Plants

Location: Dayton, OR (Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area)

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000.

We are seeking individuals who like working with their hands, are detail oriented, and enjoy being a part of a team. In this role, you will load our beautiful plants onto racks so they may be shipped to our customers throughout the country.

• Building racks that are used in our shipping process.
• Locating the proper plants on the trailers and placing them on the conveyors or directly onto the shipping racks.
• Unloading returned plants as necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area on the dock.
• Assisting other departments as needed.

• Ideally, you have experience working in agriculture.
• You are open to feedback.
• You enjoy working in a team environment and being supportive of co‑workers.
• You can work in inclement weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy).
• You have excellent driving skills and ideally you have experience driving a tractor, forklift, or heavy equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Open to extended hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday during the off‑season and 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays during the peak but hours may vary based on business need.
• You can lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly or 50+ pounds on occasion and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.

• Overtime after 48 hours per week.
