Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator role in Wood Village, OR. • Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations on the 2nd shift.
• Set up machines and adjust settings for production runs according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure consistency and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in production areas to comply with company and industry standards.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and accurate inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and address any operational challenges.
• Accurately document machine performance, production output, and any issues encountered.
• Participate in routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience operating industrial machinery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work the 2nd shift schedule (afternoons/evenings).
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with machine troubleshooting is a plus.
