Fourslide Operator

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fourslide Operator role on in Wood Village, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for precision metal fabrication, innovation, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality components. • Set up, operate, and monitor Fourslide forming machines to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and production specifications.
• Inspect parts during production using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances.
• Make mechanical adjustments to tooling, feeds, and speeds to maintain consistent part quality and machine performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, setup sheets, and process documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records, including part counts and inspection results.
• Identify and report any machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Work independently while collaborating with the production and quality teams to meet daily goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating Fourslide or multi-slide forming machines strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Must be able to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven.
