CNC Machinist

Position: CNC Machinist (Mills & Lathes)

Location: Clackamas, OR

Pay: $25–$35/hr DOE

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and program edits as needed
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and precision measuring tools
• Maintain machines and ensure quality parts to spec
• Collaborate with leads and programmers to hit production and quality goals

• CNC machining experience — mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
• Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and precision inspection tools
• Ability to complete setups and make adjustments independently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Programming/editing experience (Fanuc/Haas/G-code)
• Multi‑axis machining background
• Job‑shop or high‑mix/low‑volume environment experience
