Position: CNC Press Brake Operator – Swing Shift
Location:
Boring, OR
Pay: $28.00–$35.00/hr DOE
Schedule:
Swing Shift - Mon-Thurs 3:00PM to 1:30AM
Opti Staffing is partnering with a local metal fabrication company in Boring that has been in business for decades. They specialize in high-quality metal products and are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join their team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values skilled employees, quality workmanship, and a strong team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines
- Perform bump forming and complex forming operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Select the proper tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot forming issues and make adjustments to improve production
- Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks
- Work with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- $28.00–$35.00/hr DOE

NEED TO HAVE
- 10+ years of CNC Press Brake experience
- Strong setup and operation experience
- Experience with bump forming and complex forming
- Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to Boring, OR
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Welding experience
- Plasma cutting experience
- General metal fabrication experience
- Experience working in a custom fabrication environment
