Georgia-Pacific’s Consumer Products Group is seeking a Performance Coach (Production Supervisor) to join our Converting organization at the Halsey mill in Oregon. This is a key leadership role responsible for the performance and development of hourly team members to deliver on product system metrics.
The position requires a rotating 4 days on/4 days off schedule to support a 24x7 operation, with emphasis on safety, coaching, and continuous improvement using PBM guiding principles and Operations
