• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer experience
• Proven experience managing external agency relationships and negotiating contracts
• Strong understanding of customer experience concepts and marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets to meet sales targets
• Outstanding communication, project management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and transform it into actionable insights
• Experience in initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
