• Act as a key player in managing a high-profile publications account, ensuring high-quality deliverables are on time and within budget
• Develop project timelines and manage budgets and financial reconciliations
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues to foster successful partnerships
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with experienced Client Services leaders to enhance project success and client satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Life Sciences)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with publications projects
• Proficiency in Datavision or iEnvision
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for managing project finances

• Experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for scientific communication
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to build positive and productive relationships within a team setting
