We’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic Field Marketing Representative to lead the execution of 35+ trade shows, activations, and promotional events each year across the United States. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our in‑person brand presence, coordinating end‑to‑end logistics, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring each event delivers measurable impact.
You’ll create and execute experiences that bring our brand to life, from roadshows and pop‑ups to high‑profile industry events. This includes everything from pre‑show planning and booth design to live engagement, lead capture, and post‑event reporting.
This role requires frequent travel, a high degree of autonomy, and strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate is an energetic problem‑solver who thrives on creating seamless events and memorable face‑to‑face customer interactions that generate demand and deepen brand loyalty.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Campaign Execution:- Plan, develop, and execute localized field marketing campaigns, including trade shows, promotions, product demos, and Industry events.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand messaging and business goals.
- Plan, organize and manage logistics for trade shows, roadshows, pop‑up activations, and local events.
- Represent the company at events and ensure a professional, compelling brand presence.
- Proactively identify and capture potential customer leads during field activities.
- Qualify and transfer leads to the sales team for follow‑up and conversion.
- Foster relationships with customers, local partners, vendors, and Industrial influencers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Gather insights from field interactions to better understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and report relevant findings to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure field marketing activities support overall sales objectives.
- Share customer feedback to help refine messaging and product positioning.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign and event.
- Report on outcomes and recommend optimizations for future field initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, direct sales, or a related area.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated event planning and execution experience.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with core marketing principles, tools, and tactics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics, evaluate results, and act on insights.
- Comfortable with travel and working flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.

This role reports on‑site to Studson Headquarters in Sherwood, OR when not traveling.
