Maternal Child Health Nurse – Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Oregon Responsibilities

• Provide Maternal Child Health Nursing services for childbearing families to optimize healthy pregnancy outcomes and nurture families with health education and disease‑prevention programs.
• Case‑manage prenatal patients through pregnancy up to six weeks postpartum, including home visits.
• Deliver lactation consultation services to families.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers, local hospital systems, and WIC for patient care.
• Offer weekly classes for families on a variety of topics about childbirth and family health.

• Must hold an Oregon State RN (Registered Nurse) license; lactation‑consultant certification preferred.
• Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal, and State Law Enforcement agencies.
