Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) - Full Time Permanent employment
The CNO provides 24/7 executive leadership for Acute Nursing Services (ED, Obstetrics), Surgery, Infusion, Cardiopulmonary, Infection Prevention, Employee Health, and Nursing Education. Responsible for department operations, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Works closely with the CEO and serves as a key link between clinical staff, providers, and the governing board.

Education- RN program graduate required
- BSN or related bachelor’s preferred
- Master’s in healthcare/business strongly preferred
- Active Oregon RN license
- Current BLS
- Specialty/leadership certification preferred
- 3+ years management/supervision
- 5+ years clinical nursing
- Strong leadership, communication, data interpretation, and decision-making
- Knowledge of care delivery, regulations, and compliance
- Ability to lead teams, maintain confidentiality, and work flexible hours
- Computer literacy or willingness to learn
