Hours:

7 am - 3 pm / Call hours: 3 pm - 7 amCall Scheduled? Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend Supervision:
All CRNA practice

Types of Cases

Required:

General, ORTHO, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Mgmt, OB/GYN, ENT, Endo. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals.

Number of ORs: 3

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
