Your license and certifications must be with or within the State of OREGON.

• Minimum six months of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Have an active Specialty NP license or be willing to obtain a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
• Specialized NP degree/certification from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• BLS and all relevant specialty/department-specific certifications required.
