American Traveler is hiring an LPN for an eye care and imaging clinic requiring Oregon and Washington LPN licensure and BLS certification.
Requirements- Current Oregon and Washington LVN/LPN license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Active licenses and certifications required at time of consideration; pending licenses or certifications not accepted
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Work in an eye care and imaging clinic setting
- Scheduled for 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- Uses Epic EMR system
- Administer seasonal immunizations including flu and COVID vaccines
- Assist patients with steps to close care gaps
- Review charts, document care, and coordinate scheduling with other departments as needed
- Accepts local candidates
