AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep the cloud running for our customers. The Network Deploy Technician will work with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment to drive stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks and assist in developing automated, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
- Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware racking/stacking completed for new equipment.
- Participate in migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ year of computer networking experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,600
/year in our lowest geographic market up to $113,200
/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
