Position OverviewStep into a key support role d Meadows, where organizational excellence meets mountain culture. As the Uniform Coordinator, you’ll manage the behind‑the‑scenes processes that help our team look professional, stay safe, and feel ready for every shift. From outfitting new hires to maintaining clean, well‑organized inventory, you ensure every team member starts their day prepared for the mountain environment.
You’ll be the go‑to resource for uniform needs across all departments, providing friendly, efficient service while keeping the uniform room running smoothly and sustainably. This hands‑on position blends guest service for internal customers, detailed inventory management, and the energy of supporting large onboarding waves throughout the season.
Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, seasonal workplace. This is a full‑time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience- Must successfully pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be organized and capable of maintaining detailed inventory records
- Comfortable interacting with a wide range of staff across departments
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Ability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season
- Previous experience in inventory control, retail, or uniform/gear coordination
- Experience working in a ski resort or outdoor recreation environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or basic inventory software
- Basic sewing or repair skills
- Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour
