Do you enjoy working outdoors? Come join the Maintenance team at Black Butte Ranch! We have an immediate opening for a regular, full‑time Grounds Maintenance employee. Our ideal applicants believe in teamwork, have good attention to detail, can interact well with homeowners and guests, and can safely operate machinery, equipment, and power tools.

• Mowing and maintaining the lawn across the facility.
• Weeding, blowing, and fertilizing grounds.
• Driving company vehicles and assisting the department whenever needed.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (any state) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to operate machinery, equipment, and power tools safely.
• Good teamwork, attention to detail, and customer interaction skills.

Full‑time, 40 hrs/wk on a 4x10 schedule.
