• Perform third-party audits according to SGS Certification procedures and applicable standards
• Make informed decisions regarding the audit process and resolve issues outside the audit process
• Collect and analyze information to provide recommendations for certification
• Collaborate with teams of auditors during auditing activities
• Maintain all audit-related credentials and adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in science or bio-science, with consideration for other sciences depending on relevant training
• Minimum 5 years of proven management experience in the PCP industry, with at least 2 years in quality assurance or quality & safety management
• Minimum 5 years of auditing experience and qualified as an ISO lead auditor, preferably in Pharmaceutical or OTC products
• Experience in delivering training is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including some international travel

• Familiarity with multiple standards (e.g., ISO 22716, EU GMP, WHO GMP/GDP, EFfCI, EXCiPACT, ISO 15378, ISO 9001)
• Proven ability to conduct integrated audits as per global procedures
• Strong understanding of SGS Certification System in auditing activities
