Position OverviewJoin the team at Cooper Spur Ski Area, part of the Mt. Hood Meadows family, where your passion for hospitality and love for the mountain come together. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating warm, memorable experiences for guests who stop into our café to refuel during their time on the mountain.
This guest-facing position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing friendly, attentive service. You’ll take and process orders quickly and accurately, serve food and beverages with professionalism, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café space. Your commitment to consistency, efficiency, and guest satisfaction directly enhances the Cooper Spur experience.

This is a full-time, seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience- Must be 21 or older
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions
- Strong guest service & hospitality skills
- Must obtain an OLCC Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler’s Certification
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Must have prior F&B experience
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Starting Wage: $17.25 – $20.13 per hour
