Overview

Killer Burger is a family of rock and roll burger joints devoted to making the perfect burger every time. We’re looking for great personalities and strong work ethic to make epic burgers with us and provide a first-rate guest experience. We train every crew member to work every position in the store. Tips are shared among all staff. Every person gets a free burger with every shift and, if you’re over 21, you’ll get a free beer at the end of your shift.

• Contribute to a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
• Prepare and assemble burgers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide a first-rate guest experience through excellent service.
• Learn and perform all store positions as part of training.
• Participate in tip-sharing with the team.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; comply with safety standards.

• 18+ years of age
• Customer service experience
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Non-slip shoes
• A love for burgers

• All hourly positions receive a share of the tip-pool
